Whole Woman Care
Hands-on, ceremonial bodywork for the woman who was handed a protocol when her body was asking for presence. In person, on the Kitsap Peninsula.
This is for you if:
You’ve been told to push through, and you’ve gotten very good at it.
Pregnancy, birth, or surgery changed your body and no one asked how it felt.
A scar still pulls, aches, or has gone numb.
You’re strong and capable and braced, and you can’t remember the last time you softened.
You want to feel at home in your own body again.
What we tend
Slow, attentive touch, with time to listen to what the body has been holding.
Breast tending
Reverent, hands-on care for the breasts and chest: tissue, lymph, breath, and the heart that lives behind them.
External pelvic care
Touch for the pelvic bowl, hips, belly, and the connective tissue that holds them, all done externally and always with your consent.
Scar tissue remediation
Work with cesarean, perineal, surgical, and other scars, so the tissue beneath and around them can move again.
Pregnancy touch
Nurturing bodywork through pregnancy and postpartum, for the woman as much as for the baby.
The whole woman
Protocol-over-pulse care treats symptoms in isolation.
I look at the whole woman, across five domains of health.
Sexual and relational
Biomechanical
Biochemical
Scar Tissue
Emotions
How it works
Three sessions to begin.
Change in the body takes more than one visit. Every woman begins with a minimum of three sessions, so we have time to build trust and let the work unfold.
Start by filling out the inquiry form. I’ll reach out personally to talk through what you’re needing and whether this is the right fit.
